This area contains Technology events. The District and each school also has its own calendar of upcoming events and can be found on its home page.

District employees who want to post an event on a school calendar should contact the building school secretary. District employees who want to post an event on the BPS home page should contact Renae Hoffmann Walker in our community relations department.

CommunityUse Online Facility Calendaring System

CommunityUse is a new online facility use calendaring system being used by the district that looks at the facility scheduling calendar for the entire district, all available spaces, and is viewable in real-time.

Features

Enables community members to view the public events calendar
Provides public events calendar view by building, organization or location sorted by month, day, week and event
Provides simple access to view, print and download frequently utilized facility information

*Note: Default view is all buildings by Month. Use the filter feature to narrow results to your needs.
