In 2006 ND joined the World-class Instructional Design and Assessment (WIDA) consortium. This consortium provides the assessment tools that are used for English language proficiency assessing along with the adoption of the assessments, ND also adopted the language proficiency standards that the assessments are aligned to. Please refer to the English Language Proficiency Standards section of ELL administrative binder.
