The following process has been established to help ensure that the proper approval and support is provided as new products and services are desired by individuals, groups, and/or buildings.
Overview: BPS is working hard to establish an aligned and rigorous curriculum that offers multiple pathways for student achievement. We want to devote our resources to things that address an identified gap.
Upon submission of this form, a multi-stakeholder team will review your request based on the following criteria: • Data supports the need • There are currently no existing methods for accomplishing the same end • Product/service is district-level viable • Total cost of ownership has been calculated • Funding source is identified and viable • Evidence of project management ability • Evidence of an evaluation and training plan • Aligned with district curriculum • Supports district strategic priorities
